Direct to Film (DTF) for Heat Press

Let us print your heat transfer film, you do the application. We can print small type that is next to impossible to weed and remove coloured backgrounds from the artwork. We will supply the sheets ready to be cut down and applied. You can layout multiple graphics/images on a sheet.

You can impose multiple image on the printable sheet. Up to 4 colour process.

Application To Textiles

  • Place the textile on the lower plate of the heat press
  • Fix the transfer by taping the corners of the A Foil with Heat Resistant Tape
  • Use parchment paper instead of Teflon sheet, reason Teflon absorbs to much heat and may lead to inconsistent results
  • Always check for the type of material to be pressed (See Temp Setting Below)
  • Press using the parameters shown be low in Table2
  • Remove the A Foil after it is Completely Cold (Cold Peel)

Fixing Image

  • It is important to repress the transfer to soften the touch, reduce shinyness and increase the washability (10 - 30 sec) after removal of foil A

Washing

  • Up to 40oC (cold wash cycle) do not use fabric softener or liquid detergent. Turn Clothing inside out to wash. Do not tumble dry
